You can top up your wallet via bank transfer, debit card, or direct deposit. Funds appear instantly once the transfer is confirmed. There are no fees for topping up your wallet.

We charge small, clearly disclosed fees on currency exchange and card transactions, and you will always see the fee before you confirm.

Yes. You can freeze and unfreeze your virtual card instantly from the app with a single tap. If you lose your phone or suspect fraud, just freeze the card. No transactions will go through until you unfreeze it.
If your eSIM doesn't activate properly, we'll automatically refund your purchase. You can also contact our support team through the app for immediate assistance. We monitor every activation to make sure things go smoothly.
